This platform is available only to individuals aged 18 and above who are in jurisdictions where online betting services are permitted. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of this platform complies with all applicable local laws.
To access the full range of soccerway services, including deposits, betting, and withdrawals, you are required to register a valid account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name, active phone number, and any other details requested. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of your account balance.
A one-time identity verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed. This involves submitting a valid identification document and may include phone number verification or additional authentication steps depending on your account's risk level.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. soccerway will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to keep your password secure. Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Owning multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without refund of any remaining balance.
All financial transactions on the soccerway platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including FPX (online banking from major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction.
Successful deposits are credited to your account within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. soccerway is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers. If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with proof of transaction.
Winning withdrawals are processed to a local Malaysian bank account within one to three business days after the request is approved. Your first withdrawal requires successful identity verification. soccerway reserves the right to request additional proof of payment for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds as a standard security measure.
Users are prohibited from using the platform for any money laundering activities or illegal financial transactions. Any transaction suspected of involving such activity will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the account in question will be suspended immediately without prior notice.
The soccerway platform is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You are prohibited from using this platform for any unlawful purpose, disrupting platform operations, or causing harm to other users. The use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorized method to access or interact with the platform is strictly forbidden.
Soccerway reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these terms, fraud or attempted fraud, use of multiple accounts, money laundering activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the account balance may be forfeited without compensation.
If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact the customer support team. Voluntary closure requires all active bets to be settled first, and any valid account balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.
All content on the soccerway platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and source code — is the property of soccerway and is protected under intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of the platform's content without explicit written permission from soccerway.
Soccerway does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption, be error-free, or be free from viruses and harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and soccerway accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform.
In no event shall soccerway's maximum liability to any user exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim in question. Users agree to release soccerway from any claims exceeding this limit.
The soccerway platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment providers. soccerway is not responsible for the privacy policies, security, or content of any third-party services linked to this platform. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Soccerway reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes via the platform or by email at least seven days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the changes come into effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the soccerway platform shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration conducted in Malaysia.
